DETAIL ITINERARY

  • Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola via Arughat (900 meters) through terraced fields and along the Budi Gandaki River, ending in the village of Machha Khola.
  • Day 2: Machha Khola to Jagat (1,410 meters) This day involves trekking through lush forests and small villages. You'll pass by Tatopani, known for its natural hot springs, before arriving in Jagat after a 6-7 hour trek.
  • Day 3: Jagat to Deng (1,804 meters) As you trek higher, the landscape changes, with steeper climbs and more Tibetan influence in the villages. The trek to Deng takes around 6-7 hours.
  • Day 4: Deng to Kwak Village - The trek from Dang to Kwak Village takes through diverse landscapes of terraced fields,and small hilltop settlements. The route offers glimpses of local rural life, with traditional houses and farmlands dotting the path. As you approach Kwak Village, you'll be rewarded with serene views of the surrounding valleys and the distant Himalayan foothills, providing a peaceful atmosphere for trekkers.
  • Day 5: Kwak village to Serang gompa (3100m) via Bihi village, upward journey from Bihi village toward Serang Gompa, and you will be greeted with breathtaking landscapes of rolling hills, flowing rivers, cascading waterfalls, and snow-capped mountains. Around 4 hours of walk.
  • Day 6: Serang Gompa to Gap village (2,100 m), the trail winds through rolling hills, with stretches of both uphill and mostly downhill paths, offering stunning views along the way.
  • Day 7: Gap to Lho village (3,180 meters) via Namrung spans 17 km and takes you through dense forests, terraced fields, and traditional Tibetan villages. As you ascend, enjoy breathtaking views of the Manaslu range, particularly from Namrung, before reaching the scenic village of Lho.
  • Day 8: Lho village to Samagaun covers approximately 8 km and follows a relatively gentle trail. The route passes through lush forests, traditional Mani walls, via shyala village settlements while offering stunning views of Manaslu and surrounding peaks. As you approach Samagaun, the landscape opens up to vast alpine meadows and glacial rivers, creating a serene atmosphere near the base of Manaslu.
  • Day 9: Acclimatization Day in Samagaun – visit the nearby Pungyen Monastery (4200meters) another important spiritual site. This monastery offers spectacular 360 mountain views of Manaslu, Ngadi chuli, Himal chuli etc and is steeped in local legend and history.
  • Day 10: Visit   Manaslu Base Camp4,800 meters (15,748 ft) above sea level covers approximately 7-8 km and typically takes 4-5 hours. The trail offers stunning views of Mount Manaslu, surrounding snow-capped peaks, and glacial landscapes. The journey provides a dramatic approach to the base camp, with expansive vistas of the high-altitude environment.
  • Day 11: Samagaun to Samdo (3,860 meters), The trek continues to Samdo, a Tibetan-influenced village. The 3-4 hour walk is relatively easy, giving you time to explore Samdo and its unique culture.
  • Day 12: Samdo to Dharamsala/Larkya Phedi (4,460 meters) A short 4-hour trek brings you to Dharamsala, the base camp for crossing the Larkya La Pass. The area offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
  • Day 13: Cross Larkya La Pass (5,106 meters) and trek to Bimthang (3,720 meters) -This is the most challenging day of the trek. An early start is required to cross the Larkya La Pass, which offers incredible views of HimalchuliCheo Himal, and Kang Guru. After crossing the pass, you’ll descend to Bimthang on a trek that takes 8-9 hours.
  • Day 14: Bimthang to Gowa/ Tilche (2,300 meters) The trail continues through alpine meadows and into warmer regions below. The trek to Tilche  takes around 5-6 hours.
  • Day 15: Gowa/Tilche to Kathmandu via Dharapani (1,960 meters) After a 2-hour walk, Dharapani is also the gate way for doing Annapurna circuit trek. Take jeep to Besi sahar and Drive to Kathmandu by bus.

  • Meals: Enjoy a wide variety of meals three times a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) chosen from the menu. The options include Italian, Chinese, Nepali, Indian, and many other European cuisines.
