Detail Itinerary

  • Day 01: Drive to Pokhara (200 km – 6/7 hours)
    Depart Kathmandu at 7:00 AM by tourist bus and enjoy a scenic drive to Pokhara. Upon arrival, check in at a selected hotel near Lakeside. Overnight at the hotel.
  • Day 02: Drive to Nayapul and Trek to Tirkhedunga (1,520m – 2 hrs drive, 3.5 hrs trek)
    After breakfast, drive 42 km to Nayapul by private car or van (approx. 2 hours). Begin your trek and walk to Tirkhedunga. Overnight at a local lodge.
  • Day 03: Trek to Ghorepani (2,853m – 6/7 hours)
    Ascend through rhododendron forests and charming villages to reach Ghorepani. Overnight at the lodge.
  • Day 04: Trek to Tatopani (1,100m – 6/7 hours)
    Descend to Tatopani, known for its natural hot springs. Relax and enjoy the evening. Overnight at the lodge.
  • Day 05: Trek to Ghasa (2,020m – 6/7 hours)
    Follow the Kali Gandaki River upstream and trek through narrow gorges to reach Ghasa. Overnight at the lodge.
  • Day 06: Trek to Tukuche (2,590m – 5/6 hours)
    Continue your journey through beautiful Thakali villages and apple orchards to Tukuche. Overnight at the lodge.
  • Day 07: Trek to Yak Kharka (4,930m – 5 hours)
    Begin your ascent toward higher altitude and camp at Yak Kharka. Overnight at tented camp.
  • Day 08: Acclimatization Day at Yak Kharka
    Spend the day resting and acclimatizing to the altitude. Light hiking around the area is recommended. Overnight at tented camp.
  • Day 09: Trek to Dhampus/Thapa Peak Base Camp (5,150m – 6 hours)
    Continue trekking to the base camp of Dhampus Peak. Prepare for the summit. Overnight at tented camp.
  • Day 10: Summit Dhampus Peak (6,012m) and Return to Base Camp
    Start early for the summit. After reaching the peak, descend back to the base camp. Overnight at tented camp.
  • Day 11: Trek back to Marpha (2,670m – 5/6 hours)
    Retrace your steps and descend to the picturesque village of Marpha. Overnight at the lodge.
  • Day 12: Trek to Jomsom (2,720m – 4 hours)
    A short and pleasant walk to Jomsom. Enjoy your last trekking day in the windy Kali Gandaki Valley. Overnight at the lodge.
  • Day 13: Fly to Pokhara
    Take an early morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara. Rest and relax in Pokhara. Overnight at a hotel near Lakeside.
  • Day 14: Drive Back to Kathmandu (6/7 hours)
    Return to Kathmandu by tourist bus. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Meals: Italian, Chinese, Nepali, Indian, and various European dishes are available three times a day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One main course is provided per meal during the trek.
