However, if you desire a comprehensive full board package or seek the guidance of experienced trekking guides and porters for your entire journey. Before embarking on the Yala Peak climbing expedition, engage in an acclimatization hike to Kyanjin Ri and Tsergo Ri. Where Tsergo Ri is little at a height point compared to Kyanjin Ri. Once acclimatized to higher elevations, dedicate a day to summiting Yala Peak, accompanied by our knowledgeable climbing guides and supportive high camp staff. Solo climbers won’t incur additional charges for ascending Yala Peak; however, a solo climber will be charged an extra cost of $100. It’s crucial to note that our climbing guides provide basic training for novice climbers, imparting essential skills in rope management for ascending and descending. They also instruct on the proper utilization of climbing gear, including ice picks, harnesses, crampons, and more.

 Peak Climbing Cost and Permit

The Yala Peak climbing package costs USD 350 per person from the Kyanjin to the Peak Summit round trip. For solo climbers, there’s an additional USD 100 fee. Unlike before, Yala Peak Climbing doesn’t require a separate climbing permit. The Nepal Mountaineering Association removed it since Yala Peak’s elevation is only 5732 meters. The Langtang National Park entrance permit costs U$D30 per person, and a USD 20 TIMS group card is the only requirement. Enjoying the trekking peak in Nepal is now possible without the need for a permit.

From there, we hike for five days through the beautiful Langtang Valley to reach Kyanjin Gompa at 3800 meters. Notably, our Climbing package spans 1 night and 2 days.

It is advisable to have loose, casual trousers, and thermal leggings, as well as waterproof pants.
