Following the up and down terrain of Nepal and walking to higher elevations contrasts these treks to those in the easy classification.   • Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 meters. 6/7 hours walking) stay overnight at Lodge.
  • Day 03: Rest day in the same place for acclimatizations.
  • Day 04: Trek to Tengboche (3867 meters. 5 hours walking) stay overnight at the Lodge.
  • Day 05: Trek to Khumjung (3650 meters 4/5 hours walking) and stay overnight at the Lodge.
  • Day 06: Trek down to Manjo (6 hours walking) and stay overnight at Lodge.
