9 DAYS LANGTANG TEA HOUSE TREKKING

The Langtang valley is aptly called ‘the valley of glaciers" Here, mountain rise, soaring towards the sky. The valley offers pine forest, swift mountain streams, rugged rock and snowcapped peaks, grassy downs and meadows strewn with daisies and wild primal. A variety of sights including Buddhist monasteries, a cheese factory, yaks, glaciers and mountain lakes make this trek an exciting one. This trek offers the experience of being in a typical Sherpa, Tamang village and many ancient monasteries. It is a golden chance to learn about life in these villages.

Trekking Destination: Langtang Trek
Minimum altitude: 1520m.
Maximum altitude: 3960m.
Grade : Moderate and Fairly Strenuous
Season : Spring & Autumn
Accommodation : Lodge or Tented Camp
Duration : 9 Days

Trekking Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrive international airport in Kathmandu and free transport to Thamel, The hotel is centrally located in the Thamel area of Kathmandu which is renowned for its many restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs etc which cater for the tourists.

Day 02:
Kathmandu Valley full day sightseeing with professional tour guide.

Day 03:
Drive by local bus from Kathamandu to starting point of trekking Dhunche (8 hours 170 km 1930 m.) stay there over night at lodge.

Day 04:
Trek to Syabru Village (6 hours 2145 m.) stay over night at lodge.

Day 05:
Trek to Lama hotel (6 hours 2650 m) and stay over night at lodge.

Day 06:
Trek to Langtang (6 hours 3451 m.) and stay over night at lodge.

Day 07:
Trek to Kyanjine Gomba (3 hours 3960 m.) take a lunch at tea house and walk up to the view point Kyanjin ri then stay there
over night at lodge.

(Day 08: Day trip to langsisha kharka or tserku ri( 5450 mtr) then walk back to Kyanjin ri stay over night at lodge.

Day 09:
Trek back to Lama hotel (6 hours) stay over night at lodge

Day 10:
Trek to Syabru Bensi (5 hours walking) and stay over night at lodge.

Day 11:
Drive by local bus back to Kathmandu (9 hours 200 Km.)

Day 12: Departure Day from Nepal to your home country. Nepal alternative treks will provide you free transport to international trivuwan airport,


SERVICE INCLUDES:

  5. Kathmandu to Dhunche by public bus.
